      Chicken breast with a Neapolitan sauce topped with Parma ham, tomato and melted cheddar with roasted baby potatoes.

      With linguini Pasta.

    • Creamy Arborio Risotto

      With a generous helping of earthy, nutty flavoured wild porcini mushrooms and garlic.

    • Carlingford Lough Seafood Linguini

      Prawns, mussels and calamari with parmesan shavings and drizzled with truffle oil.

    • Salmon Fillet

      Served with tiger prawns, spinach and pea velouté on a creamy mash.
